Work at the core of a sophisticated trading platform, developing high-throughput systems that power real-time transactions across major cryptocurrency exchanges. You'll build and maintain infrastructure in Rust on AWS, focusing on reliability, performance, and seamless integration with financial institutions and liquidity aggregators.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement low-latency services that support large-volume trading operations
- Integrate directly with institutional partners and third-party crypto infrastructure
- Enhance API connectivity for brokers and trading desks

- Optimize system performance across distributed environments
What You Bring
- At least five years of hands-on engineering experience with complex systems
- Proven ability to own projects from design through deployment and monitoring
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance tuning
- Direct experience with Rust and cloud platforms, particularly AWS
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and business stakeholders
- A mindset of ownership, honesty, and constructive challenge

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is structured to reward expertise and impact. Base salary ranges from 80,000 € to 150,000 € annually, with potential for higher based on experience. Equity is included and regularly adjusted upward. Biannual performance bonuses can exceed 50% of base in strong performance years. Employees may also invest in a flagship multi-strategy fund with a historical net annual return of up to 50%.
Work is hybrid, centered in Bratislava, Slovakia. Onsite presence is preferred, with relocation support available. Remote candidates are welcome, provided they complete a two-week onboarding onsite and attend quarterly in-person meetings.
