What You'll Do
- Design and maintain internal tools that streamline development, testing, and deployment of Java-based services.
- Enhance the developer experience by improving debugging, profiling, and performance tuning capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineers across teams to define and implement robust, scalable system architectures.
- Establish and evolve standards for inter-service communication and dependency management.
- Drive technical initiatives from concept to deployment, ensuring long-term maintainability and impact.

What We're Looking For
- Strong command of Java, with experience in Scala or Kotlin a plus.
- Proven track record building and supporting developer-facing tools and libraries.
