Aledade is looking for a Sr. Manager, Sales Operations to partner with sales leadership and drive performance through process improvement, data analysis, and strategic planning. You will be a key player in supporting a distributed, national sales team dedicated to Aledade's mission of empowering independent primary care practices.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement sales processes, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to forecast, plan, and track progress against targets.
- Lead initiatives to optimize CRM and sales technology tools for maximum efficiency.
- Create training materials and resources to onboard and support the sales team.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar analytical role.
- Proven expertise in sales process design, performance metrics, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data visualization tools.
- Deep experience with CRM platforms and sales technology stacks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates should be based near one of our hub locations: Alexandria, VA, Tampa, FL, Atlanta, GA, Phoenix, AZ, Indianapolis, IN, or Charleston, SC.
