About the Role

Lead the revenue operations team, driving strategic initiatives and optimizing processes to enhance revenue performance in the travel supply and AI sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Optimize revenue operations processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align revenue strategies with business goals.
  • Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage and mentor a team of revenue operations professionals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of revenue metrics and KPIs.
  • Implement and maintain revenue management systems and tools.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in revenue operations.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support revenue generation efforts.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
