Included Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Governance, Risk, and Compliance to play a key leadership role within our Security organization. You will be responsible for developing and maturing our GRC program, ensuring we meet regulatory obligations and manage risk effectively.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the GRC program framework
- Oversee risk assessments and manage the compliance monitoring and reporting process
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure adherence to security standards and regulations
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external auditors
- Report on program health and risk posture to senior leadership
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior GRC leadership role within a security organization
- Deep understanding of risk management methodologies and compliance frameworks
- Strong ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable programs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing projects and programs with cross-functional teams
