CVS Health is looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management to lead our business risk management strategy and drive the organization's overall business objectives. You will collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term plans and align risk strategies with our company mission to transform health care in a more connected, convenient, and compassionate way.
What You'll Do
- Implement and oversee risk management policies and procedures that deliver meaningful reduction in long-term enterprise risk.
- Craft and deliver executive-level presentations to guide alignment.
- Analyze market intelligence on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to enhance the competitive position of the organization.
- Collaborate with multiple departments through workshops and brainstorming sessions to facilitate interactive discussions that stimulate creativity and collaboration.
- Conduct reviews and performance assessments to evaluate and provide feedback on strategic risk management outcomes.
- Create a strategic risk management framework that defines timelines, milestones, and deliverables throughout the risk management process.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated analytical or finance experience.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or other analytical discipline.
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.
- Adept at business intelligence.
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
- Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills.
- Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.
- Master’s degree in an analytical field, MBA, JD, or equivalent.
- Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical delivery, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Significant experience working with Underwriting, Legal, contracting and requests-for-proposals (RFPs).

- Compensation: $82,940.00 - $182,549.00 + equity, which includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
