Visa is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to join our team focused on crypto sales and solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for working with key clients across banks, merchants, fintech, and enablers to advance their stablecoin strategy and position Visa crypto solutions. You will leverage your product and technical expertise to drive sales, support partnerships, and influence Visa's product roadmap.
What You'll Do
- Provide solutioning, problem-solving, and sales support as a product and blockchain subject matter expert for key clients, enablers, and ecosystem partners.
- Drive end-to-end deal flow from pre-sales through pitch, negotiations, and activation of new partnerships for Visa Crypto Solutions.
- Support implementation projects and coordinate between sales, product, and operations teams to help clients launch Visa Crypto Solutions post-sale.
- Help shape Go-To-Market strategy and execution for Visa Crypto solutions at a global level in collaboration with regional counterparts.
- Support broader training and tooling development to replicate the solutioning support model across Visa account and sales teams.
What We're Looking For
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree, or 5 or more years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
Nice to Have
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree, or 7 or more relevant years with an Advanced Degree, or 3 or more years with a PhD.
- Financial services, crypto, and/or payments industry experience.
- High product acumen and a solutions mindset.
- Proven ability to understand, communicate, and problem-solve technical solutions with clients.
- Strategic thinking and thought leadership with subject matter expertise in stablecoins and blockchain technology.
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal & relationship-building skills, and ability to influence clients and stakeholders based on technical acumen.
Team & Environment
Works closely with Visa’s crypto product and strategy teams, account managers, risk, legal, and finance.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $153,700.00 to $246,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments.
- Eligible for equity and bonus.
