Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary administrator for Relias, including user management, learning assignments, learning paths, automations, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of course publishing and training plan updates, including rapid turnaround requests
- Maintain learner support channels such as a learning helpdesk or shared inbox; triage issues and ensure timely resolution with clear escalation paths
- Build and maintain operational documentation including SOPs, job aids, how-to guides, and a centralized knowledge hub for learning content and FAQs
- Operationalize and improve Clarvida’s onboarding framework and centralized resources, including new hire welcome and kickoff communications, first-week guidance, two-week onboarding schedules, and role-based onboarding checklists
- Develop and maintain standardized orientation templates and manager toolkits aligned to 30/60/90-day expectations
- Partner with People Solutions/HRIS, IT, Talent Acquisition, and Benefits teams to ensure Day 1 readiness and consistent onboarding execution
- Rationalize and sequence required learning assignments to reduce friction and overload during early onboarding
- Administer CEU programs end-to-end, including calendar planning, session logistics, learner communications, completion tracking, documentation support, and reporting
- Coordinate with clinical and compliance stakeholders to ensure CEU offerings are accurate, well-governed, and audit-ready
- Create repeatable processes for CEU evidence tracking, certificate management, and participation analytics
- Produce operational reporting and executive-ready updates on onboarding completion and readiness, learning assignment compliance, CEU participation and documentation health, and learner support volumes and resolution performance
- Partner with U.S. leadership and Manila team members to standardize reporting cadence and improve insight quality
- Collaborate in a follow-the-sun model with the Manila People Development team to support learning operations, course publishing, learner support, and reporting
- Provide clear work instructions, templates, and QA standards to enable Manila-based team members to execute at scale
- Establish weekly operating rhythms including prioritization, backlog review, escalation management, and throughput tracking across time zones
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Learning Operations or L&D program administration experience, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-site environments
- Demonstrated experience administering Relias or a comparable LMS, including automations, learning paths, and reporting
- Experience administering CEU programs or regulated training environments with audit expectations
- Experience scaling onboarding programs across multi-site organizations
- Strong operational discipline including documentation, process design, quality control, and stakeholder communication
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience working in distributed teams across multiple time zones
