AbbVie is hiring a Sr. Inside Sales Business Development Manager to drive quarterly revenue and growth for our Facial Aesthetics portfolio, including BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM® Collection, SkinMedica®, and KYBELLA®. This revenue-generating role manages portfolio growth through strategic, phone-based business development with aesthetic customers in a designated geographical area.
What You'll Do
- Consistently achieve sales quota across the portfolio and proficiently execute marketing plan sales components.
- Independently create call and business development plans.
- Manage attainment of your sales quota and customer satisfaction through communication with management, sample allocation, order placement, and providing marketing materials.
- Lead execution on campaigns, promotions, and new product launches, and train accounts on Allergan programs.
- Develop deep product knowledge to serve customer needs, prospect new opportunities, and educate customers on product indications and safety.
- Identify growth opportunities, including expanding reach with your customer base and increasing product portfolio utilization.
- Educate and support customers with marketing strategies such as website/social media development, office branding, and patient segmentation.
- Pre-plan sales calls and maintain efficient time management skills to maximize customer contact and engagement.
- Maintain updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with field sales to drive sales objectives, cultivate relationships, and collaborate on growth opportunities.
- Provide leave of absence and vacant territory coverage, including developing coverage plans and managing communication, sample allocation, and order placement.
- Attend required sales training and sales meetings.
- Complete administrative responsibilities such as presentations and expense reports on a timely basis.
- Represent the Company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.

- Must be resident or relocatable to the Austin, TX area.
Team & Environment
You will work with a Regional Manager, Inside Sales Area Manager, and other Allergan sales personnel and support teams across Facial Aesthetics, CoolSculpting®, SkinMedica®, and Marketing.
