Pismo is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to ensure our DPS and Pismo products meet global regulatory, security, and industry standards. In this role, you will independently assess and address regulatory risks while collaborating closely with product owners and cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.

What You'll Do

Be accountable for the regulatory inventory and regulatory compliance products library for Pismo and DPS Products.
Ensure product compliance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand how regulations affect products.
Monitor regulatory environments to assist product teams in finding and understanding changes in regulations.
Work with Product on new and improved features to research and identify applicable regulations.
Lead the creation of training for regulations applying to products.
Assess new products, vendors, and partnerships to ensure regulatory excellence and adherence to Visa’s policies.
Collaborate with key team members to support Audit, Security and Compliance activities.
Ensure products and services are audit-ready and follow-up on corrective planning and actions.
Perform regulatory assessments of focus areas and make recommendations to improve internal controls and compliance.
Develop positive and proactive approaches to regulatory compliance to ensure client satisfaction.
Draft process maps to assist with documentation of Pismo and DPS operational activities.
Support preparation of internal and external audits and compliance in accordance with regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For

Seasoned experience as a Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager.
Strong leadership and risk management experience.
Subject matter expert on financial regulations and schemes in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Experience working in a highly matrixed environment.
Experience drafting process maps.

Team & Environment

You will report directly to the Director globally for DPS Regulatory Compliance. The role involves close collaboration with Product Management, Technology, Product Operations, Client Services, Governance, Regional and Global Compliance, Privacy, Product, and Regulatory Legal teams.
