About the Role

The Senior Growth Marketing Associate will design and manage initiatives that expand customer reach and deepen engagement. This contractor position emphasizes data-informed decision-making, rapid testing, and collaboration across teams to scale effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase customer sign-ups and engagement
  • Use data insights to identify growth opportunities across digital channels
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies
  • Manage A/B testing initiatives to refine messaging and user experience
  • Support the creation of targeted email and paid media content
  • Track key performance indicators including conversion rates and cost per acquisition
  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed
  • Ensure brand consistency across all growth-focused communications
  • Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Refine audience segmentation to improve targeting accuracy
  • Assist in building scalable acquisition funnels
  • Monitor budget spend across marketing channels
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign outcomes
  • Work closely with product teams to align marketing efforts with feature launches
  • Help shape messaging based on user behavior and feedback

What Success Looks Like

Within 30 days, you’ll understand key growth metrics and ongoing campaigns. By 60 days, you’ll lead a full-cycle test from ideation to execution. At 90 days, your contributions will directly impact measurable user acquisition and engagement goals.
