Role Overview
As a Senior Fusion HCM Techno-functional Consultant, you will act as a key technical resource in delivering Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. Your work will focus on transforming HR business needs into robust technical designs, ensuring seamless functionality across core modules. You'll play a central role in technical delivery, from integration architecture to reporting and data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement bidirectional integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST and SOAP APIs, and HCM Extracts to connect with external systems such as job boards, applicant tracking systems, and benefits providers.
- Lead the full lifecycle configuration of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), including job application workflows, candidate experience design, offer management, and career site branding.
- Set up and manage Position Management frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational planning, headcount controls, and financial reporting requirements.
- Create detailed, visually accurate reports and interactive dashboards using BI Publisher and OTBI to support HR analytics in recruiting, talent, and benefits.
- Perform large-volume data transfers and updates across Core HR, Talent, and Benefits modules using HCM Data Loader (HDL), HSDL, and spreadsheet-based tools.
- Develop and debug Fast Formulas to support complex business rules for benefits eligibility, performance scoring, and HR calculations.
- Participate in Oracle’s quarterly release cycles by assessing impacts on custom logic, integrations, and configurations, and conducting regression testing to maintain system stability.
