About This Role: Integrate into Crusoe's Finance team, playing a pivotal role supporting our evolving digital infrastructure business unit. You will facilitate forecasting, budgeting, and performance evaluation, specifically targeting AI-powered data center infrastructure. This position will provide critical support for Digital Infrastructure transactions. We seek a performance-oriented professional with 3+ years of financial expertise, experience in real estate or infrastructure development projects, and robust financial modeling capabilities. This represents a full-time opportunity. What You'll Be Working On: • Financial Modeling and Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive short and long-term data center project models, encompassing project finance and equity joint venture modeling. Execute sensitivity and scenario analyses to inform financial strategies, including deal structuring, capital allocation, liquidity planning, and profitability assessment. • Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders in construction, data center operations, strategy, project controls, and accounting to generate capital budgets for data center initiatives. Develop annual budgets and monthly projections, ensuring precise tracking, performance analysis, and communication. • Project Finance & Due Diligence: Generate and maintain financial models for debt and equity partners, supporting transaction due diligence processes. • Executive Reporting: Assist the Finance team in producing monthly and quarterly executive reports, board documentation, and investor communications. • Capital Raise Support & Ad hoc Analysis: Aid the strategic finance team in creating models, presentations, and diligence materials for fundraising events. What You'll Bring to the Team: • Experience & Education: 3-4 years of financial experience in real estate, industrial, energy, or infrastructure sectors, with 2+ years in project finance, investment banking, or private equity. Bachelor's Degree required. • Financial Expertise: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, scenario analyses, and return metric calculations like IRR and MOIC. • Deal Support: Demonstrated experience managing complex financial transactions. • Process Improvement: Proven capability to enhance reporting processes and accuracy. • Work Ethic: Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments while maintaining high-quality output under pressure. • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to excellence. Restricted Stock Units included. Compensation determined by applicant's qualifications, internal equity, and market alignment.
