Join a forward-thinking finance team as a Sr. Finance Accounting Analyst, working 100% remotely to deliver accurate financial reporting and accounting support for a rapidly expanding real estate portfolio. This role centers on maintaining the integrity of financial data while contributing to strategic analysis and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce financial statements and supporting documentation with precision and consistency
- Manage recurring journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger accuracy
- Support financial reporting for real estate holdings, ensuring timely and reliable data delivery
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform business decisions and performance tracking
- Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and variance evaluation as part of FP&A efforts
- Enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and presentation materials for clarity and impact
- Engage in process optimization to improve financial workflows and reduce inefficiencies
- Operate within accounting platforms including NetSuite and Sevdesk (Solutions Sev)
- Take initiative to clarify uncertainties and escalate issues appropriately
What You Bring
- Proven track record in accounting operations and financial analysis
- Strong command of financial reporting principles, reconciliations, and journal entry processes
- Required experience with NetSuite; familiarity with Sevdesk is an advantage
- Ability to balance independent work with team collaboration and shared goals
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and continuous learning
- Preference for candidates with exposure to real estate or asset-based accounting models
