JLL is seeking a Sr. Facilities Technician - Data Center to deliver best-practice systems and problem resolution for critical infrastructure. You will ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of building systems and equipment while managing OM&F strategies.
What You'll Do
- Maintain, monitor, and perform preventive maintenance on all building systems to ensure 100% uptime, including fire/life safety, mechanical (HVAC, chillers, CRAC/CRAH, plumbing), and electrical systems (UPS, ATS, generators, switchgear).
- Monitor, adjust, and maintain refrigeration, chilled water, air conditioning, boiler, and water heating equipment.
- Analyze system operations, determine causes of malfunctions, and implement corrective actions.
- Comply with policies for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Manage work orders using CMMS, vendor management, and customer-facing ticketing systems.
- Understand and comply with emergency escalation procedures.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience working in a data center or critical facility environment.
- Hands-on experience with building systems, including UPS systems, emergency generators, and switchgears.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively use MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite, and CMMS applications.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Corrigo.
- Universal EPA 608 certification.
- Training in NFPA70E.
