About the Role

GPC Asia Pacific is looking for a Territory Manager to join our team covering the Newcastle and Central Coast area, with quarterly travel to Coffs Harbour and Tamworth. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth within a customer-focused business. Our company aims to be Australia’s top independent supplier of automotive parts, investing significantly in our team to deliver the ultimate customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver the territory's share of the national sales plan, meeting short- and long-term objectives.
  • Build strong customer relationships and demonstrate exceptional sales and customer service skills.
  • Understand and communicate the company’s values, customer service proposition, and added value benefits.
  • Maintain KPIs and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Grow sales within an exciting and customer-focused business.

  • Proven ability to maximise both business and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong values and integrity with a customer-first approach.
  • Great organisational skills.
  • Experience using data, tools & technology.
  • A current driver’s licence.

Team & Environment

Work Mode

This is a local-country role primarily based in the Newcastle/Central Coast area of Australia, with quarterly travel to Coffs Harbour and Tamworth.
