LexisNexis Risk Solutions FL Inc. is hiring a Senior Engagement Manager to collaborate with our largest clients, driving adoption and utilization of the LexisNexis Dynamic Decision Platform to create impactful business outcomes. You will lead the full lifecycle of implementation projects and engagements, focusing on enhancing client processes, boosting efficiency, and protecting customers from fraud by ensuring accurate insights into customer behavior.
What You'll Do
- Design and govern implementation projects as the primary point of contact, managing all phases of client projects.
- Work closely with Strategic Account Managers to explore opportunities for further integration of our solutions into client operations.
- Present quarterly business reviews to various stakeholders, including executives and business owners.
- Act as a trusted advisor to maintain a pulse on customer needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategic Account Managers, fraud analysts, technical consultants, and product teams.
- Coordinate timely implementation of product enhancements and bug fixes with the product management team.
- Work with the product team to develop deeper solution knowledge to enhance the client experience.
- Actively participate in product roadmap discussions as a client representative and advocate.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in the information technology industry or 7+ years of experience in the fraud industry.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time; a valid passport is required.
- Expert-level consultative skills with the ability to collaborate and explore options.
- Expert-level ability to use data quality concepts and tools to effectively resolve client issues.
- Ability to clearly communicate fraud risks and mitigation plans to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrable, working proficiency in SQL.
- Expert-level ability to use performance management to hire, train, and motivate employees.
- Expertise in project governance, client delivery, and managing complex implementation projects.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to ensure smooth project execution, tracking KPIs, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Expert-level oral and written communication skills; must communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Expert-level ability to deliver client presentations and performance analysis via telephone and in-person to high-level clients and senior management.
- Demonstrable PowerPoint (and similar tools) skills.
Nice to Have
- Working and demonstrable proficiency in Python.
- Fraud investigator certifications (or similar).
- 7+ years of client-facing experience.
- Working knowledge of SaaS and “big data” solutions (e.g., Hadoop/Impala).
- Six Sigma or similar certifications.
- PMP or similar certification.
- Experience analyzing, identifying, or mitigating fraud within Insurance and/or Healthcare environments, with an understanding of industry regulations and risk models.
- Familiarity with fraud risks, controls, and mitigation strategies in the Insurance and/or Healthcare industry.

- U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply. If performed in New York, $104,800 - $174,700. If performed in New York City, $114,300 - $190,500. If performed in Rochester, NY, $95,300 - $158,800.
