Samsung Austin Semiconductor is looking for a Senior Manager, National Sales – Regional Accounts to lead sales for Samsung Home Entertainment and IT products across regional accounts and NATM retailers. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to drive growth and market share, manage product lifecycles, and foster key relationships.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive top-line growth and market share.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle at accounts, from launch and acceleration to promotion and replacement.
- Ensure seamless alignment of promotional strategies with internal teams and retail partners.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key internal teams and external partners.
- Present strategic plans and initiatives to Merchanting teams to secure approvals.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Product Planning, SCM, and Marketing to align account strategies.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to measure ROI, provide insights, and report on program performance.
- Monitor and forecast key account metrics, including quarterly sales and annual forecasts.
- Oversee high-velocity events from planning through execution and post-event analysis.
- Lead annual vendor negotiations to secure favorable terms and drive long-term growth.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7-10 years of relatable sales experience within a related industry.
- Up to 50% travel required, including trips to HQ in New Jersey and account-based travel.
- 8+ years of experience in sales strategy, operations, and management with direct customer management.
- Proven experience selling to or working with regional retailers.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively at both executive and operational levels within customer organizations and Samsung.
- Strong strategic thinking and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, leveraging business analytics.
- Advanced presentation skills and the ability to create compelling materials.
- Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and other analytical tools.
