Highspot is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to join our Customer Services organization. This full-time, remote role focuses on leading strategic customer engagements to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our platform.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage the complete lifecycle of strategic customer engagements
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, manage scope, and mitigate risks
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, building trusted advisor relationships
- Drive customer satisfaction and success by aligning project outcomes with business goals
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing project or program management, preferably in SaaS
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-phase enterprise software implementations
- Strong ability to navigate customer organizations, manage executive relationships, and resolve conflicts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
