Highspot was looking for a Sr. Engagement Manager- Remote

Highspot is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to join our Customer Services organization. This full-time, remote role focuses on leading strategic customer engagements to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage the complete lifecycle of strategic customer engagements
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, manage scope, and mitigate risks
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, building trusted advisor relationships
  • Drive customer satisfaction and success by aligning project outcomes with business goals

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing project or program management, preferably in SaaS
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-phase enterprise software implementations
  • Strong ability to navigate customer organizations, manage executive relationships, and resolve conflicts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools
