EX Squared is hiring a Sr. Education Research Consultant to deliver expert research and strategic analysis for educational initiatives. You will apply your deep expertise to assess program effectiveness, evaluate outcomes, and provide actionable recommendations that shape educational strategy.

What You’ll Do

Design and lead comprehensive education research studies from conception to completion.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate program impact and student outcomes.
Develop clear, evidence-based reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Provide strategic consultation to guide program development, implementation, and improvement.
Stay current with educational research methodologies, trends, and policy implications.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of professional experience conducting applied research in an education setting (K-12, higher education, or related field).
Demonstrated expertise in mixed-methods research design, data analysis, and statistical evaluation.
Proven ability to translate complex research findings into clear, actionable insights for non-researcher audiences.
Strong project management skills with experience leading research initiatives independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and client consultation.
