Lead strategic program operations and a high-performing team of Directors and Program Managers in a fast-evolving pharmaceutical services environment. This role is central to delivering complex client programs with precision, ensuring operational compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive support and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of client programs, aligning deliverables with business goals and quality benchmarks.
- Build and sustain trusted client partnerships by identifying needs, addressing challenges, and delivering actionable solutions that enhance service outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of program leaders—setting performance expectations, guiding career growth, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Collaborate across program management, product, and IT functions to ensure timely project delivery and successful brand launches.
- Refine operational workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with finance and operations leadership to monitor portfolio profitability, staffing alignment, and accurate billing practices.
- Support enterprise-wide initiatives by working with senior leaders to expand best practices and improve cross-functional performance.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and compliance standards in coordination with relevant internal teams.
- Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and organizational objectives for the business unit.
Qualifications
Candidates should bring 10 to 15 years of client-facing and team leadership experience, with deep familiarity in specialty pharmaceutical operations—including benefit verification, prior authorization, managed care restrictions, and patient affordability programs. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in business, management information systems, marketing, or communications is preferred. An MBA is a strong advantage.
