- Oversee pipeline development and sales forecasting
- Ensure alignment of new ventures with corporate sustainability goals
- Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements in all business activities
- Manage external consultants and legal advisors during deal execution
- Support public policy and advocacy efforts related to clean energy
