1Password is hiring a Sr. Director, MSP to lead our Managed Service Provider channel strategy and execution. In this role, you will formulate and execute strategies to build scalable, revenue-generating partnerships that drive substantial growth for 1Password.
What You'll Do
- Formulate and execute MSP strategies that lead partners through established best practices.
- Forge robust professional relationships with key partners across the MSP channel ecosystem.
- Leverage partner connections to identify opportunities and create strategic growth plans.
- Guide the identification of programs and strategies that foster partner growth and contribute to 1Password's growth.
- Accelerate business for partners and 1Password by crafting comprehensive strategies that drive mutual revenue growth.
- Drive operational excellence by formulating strategic growth plans, business cases, partner pitches, and actionable reporting.
- Demonstrate strong partner development experience by establishing strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) partnerships.
- Implement a structured and organized approach to manage multiple projects, partner contracts, and cross-functional team engagement.
- Lead by example as a sales professional and leader, flexing between hands-on involvement and coaching others.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated successful experience leading channel management activities for Managed Service Providers (MSP).
- Extensive experience working with channel partners across MSPs, Resellers and/or distributors.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, offering insights and prioritizing product roadmaps to align with MSP partner requirements.
- Ability to translate initiative requirements into actionable features deliverable in increments.
- Proven experience leading and aligning multiple teams across sales, marketing, business development, product marketing, and customer support to execute on strategy.
- Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quotas.
- Over 10 years of experience in channel partner management and/or business development.
- At least 5 years of experience leading people.
- Proven success hiring and developing a highly engaged and high performing team.
- Demonstrated understanding of building customer-centric partnerships from ground zero with a bias toward action.
- Extensive experience navigating strategic and complex partnerships adeptly, facilitating co-selling and ensuring cross-functional coordination.
- Problem-solving mentality leveraging internal and external resources, adept conflict resolution, and diligent follow-through with channel partners.
- Possess a network of relationships with channel partners to aid in opportunity identification.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Cybersecurity or SaaS industry is a plus.

- Compensation: USA: $213,000-$288,000 USD annually. Canada: $206,000-$278,000 CAD annually.
