We are looking for a Sr Dir - Transformation Enablement to provide strategic guidance and support for our transformation initiatives. This role focuses on governance, best practices, operating model alignment, and culture development to drive enterprise-wide change.
What You'll Do
- Provide guidance and support for Strategic Value Streams and Enabling Capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Develop frameworks for Prioritization & Sequencing of initiatives to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Partner with leadership to drive Risk, Dependency, & Opportunity Management to optimize transformation outcomes.
- Monitor Internal Controls to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational policies.
- Establish and maintain Stakeholder Feedback Loops to improve the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
- Promote Accountability across teams and leadership, ensuring deliverables are met and progress is transparent.
- Facilitate the Codification of Best Practices, creating reusable frameworks and processes.
- Support Agile Growth, enabling teams to adopt agile methodologies and continuously improve.
- Provide Operating Model Support, ensuring alignment between transformation initiatives and organizational structures.
- Partner with the PMO to ensure project plans include and integrate transformation initiatives.
- Foster an Adaptable Culture, encouraging flexibility and innovation across teams and leadership.
- Provide Leadership Coaching to empower leaders with tools and strategies for driving transformative change.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, strategic planning, and organizational leadership roles.
- Proven track record in driving enterprise-wide transformational initiatives and delivering measurable results.
- Expertise in risk management, dependency mapping, and internal controls.
- Experience in product operating models, product funding models, agile methodologies, operating model implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong facilitation skills with an ability to navigate complex interdependencies and competing priorities.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a focus on coaching and inspiring teams.
