Humana Inc. is hiring a Sr Data Analyst for the CenterWell Pharmacy Digital Performance team. This role is pivotal in transforming healthcare by identifying unique insights and solving complex business challenges using data. You will support the adoption of modernized analytics across the pharmacy, including establishing processes and driving documentation standards.

What You'll Do

• Support the transition to modernized analytics.
• Collaborate with key customers to understand priorities and represent the voice of the customer in planning and development.
• Research, evaluate, and deploy new tools, frameworks, and patterns, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Support communication efforts on the benefits and value of adopting modernized analytics.
• Effectively communicate data and analytic findings across all levels of the organization via written word and presentations.
• Embrace a service mentality to collaborate with Operations, Business Intelligence, Database teams, and IT to automate data processes and solve business challenges.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• 3+ years professional experience in digital technology or health care.
• 3+ years of experience in data-centric roles (Data Science, Business Intelligence, analytics, data warehousing, data acquisition, Big Data, or data architecture).
• 3+ years of experience with analytics and statistical software like Power BI.
• 3+ years of experience using SQL to integrate and mine large data sets to generate insights.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills, including executive presence for senior-level interaction.
• Highly collaborative mindset and excellent relationship-building skills.
• Embrace a service mentality to collaborate across teams.
