Spreedly is hiring a Sr Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights that directly impact business decisions and client outcomes. In this remote role, you will work with diverse teams across strategy, media, and account management to provide measurement, analysis, and storytelling that drives media effectiveness.

What You'll Do

Transform raw data into compelling visualizations and narratives to communicate insights effectively to clients and internal teams.
Translate business questions into actionable measurement frameworks and analytical approaches.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, including consumer profiling, media channel analysis, brand health evaluation, and competitive benchmarking.
Provide guidance on historical media performance and support optimal media budget allocation across channels.
Collaborate with strategy, account, and new business teams to ensure data-driven decision-making across projects.
Maintain and enhance dashboards and analytical tools to support ongoing measurement and reporting needs.

What We're Looking For

2-3 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field.
Strong experience creating data visualizations and dashboards to support media investment and strategy.
Familiarity with media research tools such as YouGov, MRI-Simmons, Scarborough, GWI, Vivvix, Pathmatics, or Nielsen Media Impact.
Hands-on experience with media measurement methods, including marketing mix modeling (MMM), multi-touch attribution (MTA), experimentation, or brand lift studies.
Knowledge of statistical techniques such as multivariate regression, clustering, optimization, and forecasting.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with programming languages like R, Python, SQL, or dbt is a plus.
