Deel is looking for an Associate Operations Manager, GTM Strategy to be a key business builder in our global expansion. You will execute our go-to-market strategy, tackle complex problems, and drive impactful cross-functional projects that shape the future of work.

What You'll Do

Execute on Deel's global expansion strategy across operations, products, and new markets.
Manage end-to-end projects on top business priorities, from identifying opportunities to scoping and driving cross-functional implementation.
Create data-driven recommendations by accessing, analyzing, and synthesizing large data sets.
Problem solve and implement solutions.
Design and improve processes, particularly for operations at scale.
Work with product and development teams to drive high-impact improvements.
Support strategic goal setting and performance management.
Create and maintain existing processes, workflows, and organizational tools.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in at least one of: fast growth startup, BizOps role in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
Solid track record of achievement (e.g., success in a top-tier company, delivered quantifiable business impact, quickly assumed responsibilities, won competitive awards).
Intermediate proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing, and manipulating data.
Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Curious by nature and interested in making an impact.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
