EX Squared is hiring a Sr. Customer Success Account Manager to own and nurture strategic client relationships. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their success and fostering long-term partnership growth.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor and point of contact for a portfolio of key enterprise clients.
- Develop and execute success plans to drive adoption, value realization, and expansion of our solutions.
- Proactively manage the customer lifecycle, identifying risks and opportunities to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Analyze customer health metrics and usage data to guide strategic conversations and recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams to advocate for customer needs and deliver a seamless experience.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts, with a focus on retention, growth, and strategic advisory.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business value for clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing a remote workflow and a complex book of business independently.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Sweden. We operate as a global team with a focus on asynchronous collaboration.
