EX Squared is seeking a Lead Customer Success Account Manager to own and grow strategic client relationships. You will ensure our clients achieve their business objectives and derive maximum value from our partnership.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of key accounts
- Develop and execute strategic success plans to drive client adoption, retention, and expansion
- Proactively monitor account health, identify risk, and lead mitigation efforts
- Advocate for client needs internally, collaborating with product and delivery teams
- Analyze usage data and business outcomes to provide actionable insights and strategic guidance
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a client-facing, strategic account management or customer success role
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts, build executive relationships, and drive renewals and growth
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

This is a fully remote position based in Italy. You must be legally authorized to work in Italy.
