Jobgether is hiring a Sr. Customer Engineer to support enterprise clients through seamless technical integration and deployment of complex solutions. You will partner with customers to understand their business requirements, scope technical needs, and deliver high-value solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead technical onboarding for enterprise and direct-to-consumer clients, ensuring smooth integrations.
- Provide consultative guidance to customers to maximize the value of deployed solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and validate solutions using APIs, JSON, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across technical and business domains to support successful project delivery.
- Contribute to process improvements, internal documentation, and team training to build a best-in-class professional services function.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
What We're Looking For
- 8–10 years of experience on enterprise software projects.
- Experience as a technical lead or in a customer-facing engineering role.
- Hands-on experience with web technologies such as APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and consultative skills with a focus on customer success.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Experience in fast-paced environments with the ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements.
Nice to Have
- Coding experience in JavaScript or related languages.
- Experience with iPaaS, retail/e-commerce platforms, order or inventory management systems, WMS, TMS, supply chain, or logistics.
