Lightly AG is looking for a Senior Software Engineer I to build and enhance the core services that enable customers to deploy industry-specific solutions. In this role, you will challenge existing thinking, introduce new technologies, and help scale our platform.
What You'll Do
- Proficiently design, develop, and maintain end-to-end software solutions to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.
- Work across Full Stack Development, leaning more heavily on Back-end development.
- Design, build, and roll out modern and consistent user experiences across all devices with enterprise performance, modernization, and security.
- Work as part of an Agile software development team.
- Build solutions based on microservice design principles and repeatable processes.
- Engage in continuous learning, both on the job and through technical training.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or master’s in computer science or an equivalent field.
- 5+ years of demonstrated ability in developing SAAS applications.
- 5+ years of experience building production-level web applications using React.js.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
- Deep understanding of React concepts like hooks, context API, React Router, and performance optimization.
- Strong experience with Dotnet core.
- Familiarity with testing libraries like Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web application architecture.
- Knowledge of build tools (Jenkins, Harness) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex technical problems.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in working with C#, .NET Microservices, ASP .NET Core, and DevOps tooling or technologies.
- Experience in working with Cloud platforms: AWS or Azure.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end automation testing.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (spoken and written).
