What You'll Do
Lead the end-to-end development of scalable web applications using ReactJS and .NET technologies. You'll play a central role in shaping system architecture, making key technical decisions, and ensuring robust, secure, and efficient code delivery.
Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, and DevOps teams to align technical solutions with business goals. You'll drive innovation by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing modern best practices across the development lifecycle.
Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote a culture of continuous learning. You'll also diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across both frontend and backend systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of combined professional experience with React and .NET
- Solid command of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end development principles
- Proven ability to design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs
- Experience leading architectural discussions and making scalable system design choices
- Familiarity with Git and branching workflows
- Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Self-motivated mindset with a focus on solving problems proactively

The monthly gross salary ranges from 15,500 to 21,000 PLN, depending on experience. Additional compensation elements may include equity and other benefits.

- Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure design
- Familiarity with modern build tools and deployment pipelines
