Alan is looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join the team building the Payroll & Benefits Platform for HR. You will engineer solutions that simplify complex HR processes and deliver a seamless experience for our members.
What You'll Do
- Engineer our employee affiliation engine to reliably process thousands of lifecycle events daily.
- Simplify payroll and billing by crafting tools that HR teams love.
- Build seamless integrations with platforms like Payfit and Workday.
- Automate workflows at scale for companies of all sizes across multiple countries.
- Ensure billing is accurate, reliable, and easy to manage.
- Collaborate across teams with product, design, and ops to deliver a unified experience.
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable digging into complex business logic, especially around insurance and payroll.
- Passionate about turning complex processes into simple, elegant solutions.
- Experienced in building scalable systems that handle real-world complexity.
- Well-versed in OOP languages (Python, Java, C#) and excited about modern web technologies (JavaScript).
- Fluent in English.
- Curious, self-starting, humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.
Nice to Have
- B2B experience is a plus.
- French is a plus but not required.
