Syneos Health is hiring a Senior Clinical Research Associate (Sponsor Dedicated) in Greece. In this role, you will be integral to accelerating customer success in clinical development, contributing directly to the progress of clinical trials.
What You'll Do
- Act as a primary site manager for assigned clinical sites, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory standards.
- Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of clinical data through source document review.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with investigative site staff.
- Identify and proactively manage site-level risks and issues, escalating as needed.
- Prepare and submit monitoring visit reports and other required study documentation in a timely manner.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in a life sciences field or a related discipline.
- Substantial independent monitoring experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
- In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulatory requirements in Greece.
- Proven ability to manage all aspects of site management across the study lifecycle.
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Greek and English.
