Included Health is hiring a Sr. Consumer Marketing Content Strategist to lead the development of content that resonates with our members. You'll be responsible for crafting clear, impactful narratives that make navigating healthcare easier and more human.
What You'll Do
- Develop and own the content strategy for key consumer marketing initiatives.
- Write, edit, and oversee the production of high-quality content across channels including email, web, social media, and in-app.
- Translate complex healthcare topics into clear, actionable, and engaging member communications.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, design, and clinical teams to ensure content alignment and effectiveness.
- Use data and insights to measure content performance and continuously optimize strategy.
- Establish and maintain editorial standards, voice, and tone guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or editorial roles.
- Proven portfolio of creating successful consumer-facing content that drives engagement and action.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity and user benefit.
- Experience developing content frameworks, calendars, and channel-specific strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and make informed strategic decisions.
