EX Squared is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our remote team. In this senior role, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact solutions and leading strategic client engagements.
What You'll Do
- Lead client engagements from analysis through to solution delivery.
- Design and implement strategic recommendations to solve complex client challenges.
- Serve as a primary technical and strategic advisor to clients.
- Mentor and guide other team members on best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in a senior client-facing consulting role.
- Proven ability to independently lead and deliver complex projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong aptitude for translating business needs into actionable technical plans.
