Responsibilities
- Partner with HR teams to identify business requirements and convert them into functional specifications for Workday and other HR technology initiatives.
- Oversee configuration of Workday business processes, including conditional logic, validation rules, approval workflows, and system notifications.
- Administer and support core Workday HCM modules such as Workers, Organizations, Staffing, Job Profiles, Positions, Business Process Framework, Advanced Compensation, and Security settings.
- Collect, evaluate, and document business requirements from HR and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Transform business objectives into functional designs and technical solutions within HR systems.
- Guide project teams and stakeholders on optimal use of Workday features and recommended process enhancements.
- Lead end-to-end HR system implementations, from requirement definition through deployment, coordinating with diverse teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Design change management strategies, develop training materials, and support user onboarding for new HR technologies.
- Promote efficiency and innovation by identifying process improvements, automation potential, and compliance alignment.
