About the Role
This position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with brand partners, identifying new collaboration opportunities, and executing campaigns that align with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycles with external brands
- Identify and pursue new brand collaboration opportunities
- Negotiate partnership terms and agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals
- Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics
- Ensure brand alignment between partners and company values
- Develop campaign strategies with partner input
- Coordinate joint marketing initiatives with brand partners
- Maintain accurate records of partnership activities
- Drive renewal and expansion of existing partnerships
- Act as main point of contact for partner stakeholders
- Translate business objectives into partnership strategies
- Support the creation of partnership proposals and pitches
- Track market trends to inform partnership decisions
- Contribute to quarterly planning for brand collaborations
- Ensure compliance with legal and operational standards
- Optimize partnership processes for efficiency
- Facilitate onboarding for new brand partners
- Resolve conflicts or issues arising during partnerships
- Provide insights from partner feedback to internal teams
- Support cross-promotional campaign execution
- Work with finance to track partnership revenue and costs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of partner portfolios
- Assist in measuring ROI of partnership activities
- Promote long-term partner satisfaction and retention
