ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Directly engage with business users and suppliers to resolve issues, identify root causes, and provide comprehensive reporting for both internal and external challenges - Collaborate with SAP, Amgen suppliers, and business users to manage master data across Ariba SCC platform, including development, testing, and production environments - Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance solution performance, reliability, compliance, and operational efficiency - Participate in solution workshops with business partners, process owners, and suppliers - Support data mapping and participate in requirements gathering and design workshops - Provide go-live support and post-implementation transaction monitoring and issue resolution Basic Qualifications and Experience - 5 to 9 years of experience in Life Science, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Information Systems with Bachelor's degree or higher Functional Skills Must-Have Skills: - 2-3 years experience in Architect or Business Analyst roles, especially with integrated systems - Comprehensive understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA data structures for Vendor and Material master - Proficiency in data migration, including ETL processes - Advanced Excel skills and Agile methodology experience - Superior communication and interpersonal capabilities for cross-functional collaboration Good-to-Have Skills: - Cloud-based data solution knowledge - Ability to navigate matrixed organizations and lead cross-team collaboration - Technology and customer success passion, focusing on innovative data solutions - Services or consulting experience in data/AI products - Integration suite proficiency using APIs and third-party software - Scaled Agile Framework understanding - FDA regulatory system validation comprehension - Data security best practices expertise Professional Certifications: - SAP Ariba SCC certification - Supply chain specific certifications like APICS - ITIL, PMP, or Six Sigma certifications preferred Soft Skills: - Advanced analytical and troubleshooting capabilities - Global virtual team collaboration effectiveness - High personal initiative and self-motivation - Multitask management proficiency - Team-oriented approach focused on collective achievements - Strong presentation and public speaking skills
