Design and implement data migration strategies for enterprise clients transitioning to SAP S/4HANA. You will play a central role in shaping how data moves from legacy systems into modern environments, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and alignment with business needs.
What You'll Do
- Develop and refine data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) workflows tailored to S/4HANA implementations
- Collaborate with business teams to assess source data structures and define optimal migration paths
- Create and maintain data models that support efficient data loading processes
- Perform data transformation tasks and execute load procedures within defined timelines
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies uncovered during testing phases
- Support validation activities by working closely with business units to confirm data accuracy
- Provide regular updates on migration progress to the Data Migration Lead
Requirements
- Minimum of five years’ experience in SAP project rollouts
- Proven background as a functional data migration lead
- Familiarity with SAP ADM, LTMC (Data Migration Cockpit), and SAP Data Services
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data sets
- Effective communication abilities to bridge technical and business perspectives
- Fluent English proficiency, including conversational fluency
