Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Sr. AR Caller to handle accounts receivable follow-up and collections for medical billing within the US healthcare revenue cycle. This remote role requires you to ensure timely claim resolution while maintaining high quality standards in a dynamic, fast-paced night shift environment.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and understand client specifications and project requirements.
- Follow up with insurance companies in the US to resolve pending claims and secure timely payments.
- Meet daily and monthly collection targets in alignment with client expectations.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality benchmarks and are submitted within deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular status reports.
- Handle voice-based queries and claim disputes in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
What We're Looking For
- Any degree, diploma, or BE/B.Tech qualification is acceptable (except 2021 pass outs).
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to work the night shift.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet productivity goals in a deadline-driven environment.
Nice to Have
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in US voice process (medical billing or AR calling preferred).
