Medline Industries, LP is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst for its Northbrook, IL office. In this role, you will be responsible for leading requirements gathering, evaluating technology solutions, and serving as the primary liaison between IT development teams and business partners to implement and enhance critical systems.

What You'll Do

Lead requirements-gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders with minimal dependency on leadership.
Research and recommend technology solutions and process improvements.
Prioritize primary assignments and provide guidance on ad-hoc work for junior team members.
Provide constructive feedback to team members as required.
Investigate and document business requirements and conduct detailed workflow analyses.
Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write functional specifications.
Interpret business requirements into clear functional designs for development teams.
Collaborate closely with Developers and Engineers on technical designs and development work.
Act as the lead liaison between the IT development group and business partners for new systems and enhancements.
Work with large datasets within applications to develop reports and dashboards.
Ensure all solutions are thoroughly tested and validated before production implementation.
Work with the team to ensure on-time delivery of quality solutions with minimal rework.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field, plus 4 years of relevant work experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
Experience running daily standup and grooming sessions with developers.
Proficiency creating and managing Jira stories to ensure deliverables move from development to production.
Experience validating the integrity of reporting data against an ERP System.
Skill in creating flow visualization diagrams using Figma to present application designs to executive stakeholders.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure required ERP data is available.
Proven ability to conduct working sessions with data engineers and developers to design and follow through on application implementation.
