Responsibilities
- Deliver analyses and analytic solutions to meet business needs, interacting directly with internal and external clients
- Create business solutions that deliver data driven analytics to constituents and work on model building, concepts, decision trees, classification rules, segmentation, and cluster analysis
- Partner with product owners to develop methodologies to measure pilots, programs, success rates, and identification of data gaps and business needs
- Perform data research and custom analysis of integrated healthcare data, interpret results, and make recommendations based on analytic findings to business areas
- Responsible for data collection methods, metrics definition, evaluation methods, and present analytic reports to clients and stakeholders for purposes of root cause analysis, solution ideation, design, and testing
- Work alongside internal and external partners and organizations in the design and execution of analytic studies to answer business and research questions
- Design and conduct analyses and outcome studies using data, employing appropriate research designs, and statistical methods
- Develop, validate, and execute algorithms, models, and reporting tools that answer applied research and business questions for internal and external clients
- Handle large volumes of data and drive complex and cost-efficient SQL queries in Teradata to keep business objectives at the forefront of ongoing initiatives and projects
- Develop and participate in presentations and consultations to existing and prospective constituents on information services, capabilities, and performance results
- Apply statistical analysis techniques to business intelligence development
