CVS Health is hiring a Sr. Analyst, Project Product Development to define and deliver analytical solutions that drive our short and long-term business objectives. You will work directly with internal and external clients to deliver analyses and solutions that meet critical needs.

What You'll Do

Create business solutions that deliver data-driven analytics through model building, decision trees, segmentation, and cluster analysis.
Partner with product owners to develop methodologies for measuring pilots, programs, success rates, and identifying data gaps.
Perform custom data research and analysis of integrated healthcare data, interpret results, and make recommendations.
Define data collection methods and metrics, evaluate results, and present analytic reports for root cause analysis and solution design.
Work with internal and external partners to design and execute analytic studies that answer business and research questions.
Design and conduct analyses using appropriate research designs and statistical methods.
Develop, validate, and execute algorithms, models, and reporting tools for applied research and business questions.
Handle large data volumes and drive complex SQL queries in Teradata to support business objectives.
Develop and deliver presentations on information services, capabilities, and performance results.
Apply statistical analysis techniques to business intelligence development.

What We're Looking For

Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
One (1) year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
One (1) year of experience in Advanced SQL and SAS programming.
One (1) year of experience in Data analytics on large data sets in healthcare, business, or retail.
One (1) year of experience supporting large data, analytics, and technology modernization initiatives.
One (1) year of experience in Agile methodologies.
One (1) year of experience in MySQL.
One (1) year of experience in Machine learning, statistical analysis, or predictive modeling.
Completion of a university-level course, research project, internship or 3 months of experience in: CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps.
Completion of a university-level course, research project, internship or 3 months of experience in: Oracle.
Completion of a university-level course, research project, internship or 3 months of experience in: Visualization tools, including PowerBI or Tableau.
Completion of a university-level course, research project, internship or 3 months of experience in: Software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Completion of a university-level course, research project, internship or 3 months of experience in: Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes.
Completion of a university-level course, research project, internship or 3 months of experience in: Data warehousing.
Completion of a university-level course, research project, internship or 3 months of experience in: Quantitative analysis techniques, including clustering, regression, and pattern recognition.

Salary range: $98,571.00 to $100,000.00 per year.
