3M is hiring a Sr. Analyst - Customer Service & Order Management

3M is looking for a Senior Analyst to lead customer service, order management, and fulfillment operations. You will strengthen customer relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver premium service levels.

What You'll Do

  • Strengthen customer partnerships by proactively managing relationships and anticipating needs.
  • Ensure flawless end-to-end order execution with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
  • Drive operational excellence by collaborating with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain Management, Distribution, and Finance.
  • Resolve customer issues swiftly by owning the complaint management process for quick turnaround.
  • Engage customers regularly through structured visits and touchpoints.
  • Uphold premium service levels for Prime Partners, consistently meeting or exceeding commitments.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance service quality.
  • Own and deliver on key performance metrics to drive accountability and measurable improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain Coordination, or a related function.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes and service level management.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to handle escalations and resolve issues under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and KPI tracking.

Nice to Have

  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, or B2B sectors.
