About the Role
This role is responsible for managing and scaling digital advertising initiatives that directly influence e-commerce performance. The individual will lead media strategy, campaign execution, and performance analysis while working closely with creative, analytics, and client teams to deliver impactful results.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of digital advertising strategies centered on commerce objectives
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle for paid media across platforms including Google, Meta, and retail media networks
- Collaborate with analytics teams to interpret performance data and identify optimization opportunities
- Build and maintain media plans that align with client business goals and seasonal initiatives
- Oversee budget allocation and pacing to maximize return on ad spend
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure messaging supports conversion goals
- Monitor industry trends and platform updates affecting digital commerce advertising
- Serve as primary point of contact for media-related client inquiries and reporting
- Produce performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and advertising standards
- Work with partners to test new ad formats and shopping integrations
- Support client onboarding and transition processes for new accounts
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in campaign management
- Maintain documentation for processes, strategies, and campaign results
- Foster strong internal relationships across strategy, account management, and technology teams
Nice to Have
- Experience working in agency environments serving multiple clients
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing integration in commerce funnels
- Knowledge of global markets and cross-border e-commerce strategies
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks for ad creative and landing pages
