Responsibilities
- Partner with the Compensation Analyst to post new roles in Ashby ATS
- Review and vet incoming applications within Ashby
- Collaborate with the NEO Recruiting team to deliver qualified candidates for first-round review
- Support the sending, and tracking of offer letters and employment agreements
- Ensure all documents are accurately signed, completed, and properly stored
- Partner with the Compensation Leader to support Compensate system updates
- Assist with adding new hires, compensation changes, and agreement updates into systems
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems (Ashby, Compensate, Workday as applicable)
- Support audits and reporting as needed
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Recruiting Operations
- Experience working with ATS platforms (Ashby preferred) and HR systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across global teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
