Responsibilities
- Drive new logos and be measured via leading indicators like AIQLs and Salesforce Opportunities
- Identify opportunities to increase sales pipeline by scaling or automating GTM (GTM engineering) across lead generation, content marketing, SEO/GEO, demo apps, events, and sales
- Own the architecture of the signal-based GTM engine
- Design, build, and manage the agents and workflows
- Manage in-market intent signals: a team of AI agents, leveraged currently in Clay, that help reps research and target accounts
- Manage AIQLs (AI-qualified leads): the signal-based pipeline engine that has already sourced multiple opportunities, including a $400K+ closed-won deal
- Manage GTM Pulse: weekly credit-burn and usage signal report
- Sit at the intersection of Growth, Marketing, Sales, and RevOps
- Identify opportunities, run experiments, and ship quickly

Compensation
Base salary range for this role, if based in Costa Rica is: $47,000 - $68,000 USD per year
