Be responsible for business analysis for core digitalization projects including Digital TrafoSignature, ECS, IBA and Matterport within 25 factories in the portfolio scope
Contribute cross-functionally by collaborating with IT function and business domains
Design, develop, and maintain the GPG DT Power BI reports to monitor KPIs and performance metrics
Ensure adherence to data governance standards and maintain comprehensive documentation for all reports and processes within GPG DT Operations Digital area
Collect and design business requirements into required documentation format and templates
Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, tools, and methodologies for greater efficiency and scalability
Implement best practices and leverage emerging technologies to improve data analytics capabilities
Provide training and guidance to business teams on the analytics reports, core digital tools, TrafoSignature tool
Collaborate with global teams, HUBs, and factories to gather requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions
Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
Lead functional and business analysis for core projects: Digital TrafoSignature, ECS, IBA, Matterport from business perspective
Perform user acceptance tests and validation together with key-users and IT
Provide digital updates on GPG DT website content with the usage of CMS

Degree in Engineering, Data Science, IT or a related technical field
Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end data analytics, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments
Proficiency in Power BI, including advanced DAX functions, Power Query, and report schedulin
