Responsibilities

- Maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle

- Ensure alignment between technical implementation and business goals
- Manage dependencies across multiple teams and initiatives
- Communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders
- Support agile development processes and ceremonies
- Prioritize tasks based on strategic impact and deadlines
- Adapt plans in response to changing requirements
- Ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards
- Collaborate on user research and feedback integration
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master)
- Experience in fintech or banking environments
