Responsibilities
- Listen to audio recordings in the target language and transcribe content with a high level of accuracy.
- Add timestamps to transcriptions to ensure alignment with the audio.
- Tag recordings with emotions, context, and other relevant metadata to enhance project deliverables.
- Ensure that transcriptions are culturally relevant and reflect the intended tone and meaning of the recordings.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure consistency and quality across all transcriptions.
- Meet project deadlines and adhere to specific transcription guidelines and formatting requirements.
Requirements
- Native or professional proficiency (C1/C2 level) in the target language and strong English proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to deliver error-free transcriptions.
- Familiarity with transcription tools/software and the ability to work with timestamps and tagging.
- Availability to commit to deadlines and deliver consistent, high-quality work.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in transcription, translation, or linguistic projects is highly desirable.
- Ability to understand and differentiate regional dialects, emotions, and contextual cues in audio recordings.
Compensation
$15/hour

- Commitment: Flexible, with a minimum of 10-15 hours per week (up to 20 hours based on availability).
